Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return window for eligible products.

Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To request a return, email us with:

  • Order number

  • Unboxing video or clear photos of the issue

Important: An unboxing video is required for damage claims.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom prints or personalized products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation

Refunds
Once your return is approved and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Replacements
If eligible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund depending on the issue.
