Return & Exchange Policy

At Poparto, each piece of wall art is custom-printed exclusively for you. While we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, we're happy to assist in case of any genuine product defect or damage.

• Exchange/Return are only applicable for products that are defective or damaged.
• To qualify, you must share an unboxing video showing the defect within 48 hours of delivery.
• Send the video and your order ID to support@poparto.com

• Once our team reviews and approves the exchange, we will arrange pickup of the item from your shipping address.
• After we receive the product and it passes our quality check, we will dispatch a freshly printed replacement of the same product.
• Since each product is made-to-order, stock availability is not an issue.

If you do not wish to receive a replacement, you may opt for a store credit instead.

• Once our team reviews and approves the return, we will arrange pickup of the item from your shipping address.
• After we receive the product and it passes our quality check, we will issue a store credit equal to the product value.
• The store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Important Notice

We Reserve the Right to Decline Exchanges/Returns If:

• The product has been used or mishandled
• The issue is reported after 48 hours of delivery
• The return is not accompanied by an unboxing video
• The product is returned without original packaging
