We strive to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing, shipping timelines, delivery process, and what to do if your order encounters any issues.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
Each product is custom-made after your order is placed. We generally take up to 5 working days to dispatch orders from our locations. Processing times may vary depending on the product style, stock, and availability. If you need help with estimated shipping times for a specific product, please contact us.
Note: Shipping times are in addition to processing times.
2. Shipping Times & Delivery
Shipping generally takes 1–5 days after dispatch, depending on your location. Our products are manufactured and distributed from various locations, so delivery times may vary.
Please refer to your order confirmation and tracking link for the most accurate delivery estimate.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to check the status of your delivery at any time.
4. Delivery Attempts & Returns
Delivery agents will attempt to deliver your order once. If the residence is closed or the customer is unavailable, the order will be returned to us unless the delivery agent is instructed to reattempt delivery by the customer. If the order is still not delivered due to unavailability, it will be returned to our facility.
5. Order Not Received
If your order has not arrived, please:
- Check your shipping confirmation and ensure the address provided was correct. If the address was incorrect, we can send another order to the correct address at your cost.
- Check the tracking information provided in your order status page and tracking link.
- If you still have not received your order, contact us for assistance.
6. Shipping Fees & Refunds
If a refund is issued for a returned order, a shipping fee of 10% of the invoice value will be deducted to compensate for delivery and return costs.
